Circular Motion on Stomach by My Ex Wife

Not long ago I began talking with my ex again after a year of cold, angry silence. Our 3 kids were in the suburban while she stood outside talking to me. While talking to me with an occasional smile she began rubbing her stomach in a circular motion. Ive never seen her do it at any time during the almost 20 I've known her except when she was pregnant. She's was then and is still dating the same guy she actually left me for ( who wasn't there at the time ), and she wasn't pregnant then or is now... but Ive been very curious as to what her body language was really conveying to me at that moment.
